Wanganui Road Construction Update June 2016

Update on Wanganui Road construction programme, from Rangitikei District Council and Higgins Contractors 8 June 2016.
The programme to complete remaining work is, subject to weather:
- Kerb and channels on the corner at Skerman/Pukepapa – expected to be completed this week.
- Concrete footpaths and crossings mainly on the left side (heading to Huntly School) – planned to be completed the week ending 24 June.
- Grass berms – planned to be completed by the week ending 1 July
The hotmix surfacing is programmed for October/November when the weather is more reliable for this activity.
