Pavement testing - Broadway, Marton

Downer NZ are planning to undertake pavement testing on the roundabout located between Broadway and Wellington Road on Sunday, 19 July between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. A stop/go operation will be implemented to enable the workers to undertake the test pits on areas around the roundabout and traffic will be held for short periods at a time in each direction.

During 18 - 24 April, Centennial Park will be undergoing a 7 Day Makeover led by Marton youth. Planning has already started, with ideas raised to create funky seating, paint murals and add games to the area. Everyone is welcome to get involved to make Centennial Park an even better space!
