Progressive Home Ownership Fund

This week, Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga – Ministry of Housing and Urban Development launched the next phase of the Progressive Home Ownership (PHO) Fund.

Funding is now available to organisations interested in developing or expanding their own progressive home ownership programmes through Te Au Taketake (the Iwi and Māori pathway) and the Provider pathway.

Housing providers and Iwi and Māori organisations who wish to become an approved PHO provider and/or to submit their delivery plan for consideration will be able to respond to our Invitation to Participate in their chosen pathway of the PHO Fund.
