Council makes submission on Charities Amendments Bill

Yesterday, Mayor Andy Watson spoke to the Parliamentary Select Committee about the Council's submission on the Charities Amendments Bill. The Rangitīkei District Council has submitted a proposal to remove or reduce stringent requirements for mid-level charities. This will enable them to reduce administration complexity and provide their services more efficiently.
