  • Otara Bridge Strengthening and Repairs

    October 16, 2018

    Works have begun on the Otara Bridge over the Rangitikei River at Ohingaiti to strengthen the bridge to carry full Class 1 traffic loads. The bridge will be closed from: 7.00am on Tuesday 23 October 2018 to 5.00pm on Friday 26 October 2018

    This Bylaw will come into force from 25 August 2018. The amendment reduces the speed limit from 100km/h to 50km/h.

    Rangitikei District Council is pleased test results showing PFAS levels in Bulls’ water supply are well below the national Drinking Water Guidelines and that the town’s water remains safe to drink.
