Budget Waste/Envirowaste

Budget Waste/Envirowaste carry out a private wheelie bin service in the following townships:

  • Wednesday - Turakina Beach, Bulls, Ratana, Whangaehu, Scotts Ferry, Turakina Beach and Crofton (Makirikiri Road, Neil Dow Street and Lawson Street)
  • Thursday - Marton, Turakina and Crofton (Wellington Road)
  • Friday - Taihape and Hunterville

Note: Budget Waste/Envirowaste, as of 31 December 2019, no longer collect yellow bags from kerbsides at Taihape and Hunterville.

Rangitikei Wheelie Bins

Rangitikei Wheelie Bins carry out a curbside wheelie bin service, refuse bag collection (red bags) and a skip bin service in the following townships:

  • Tuesday - Whangaehu, Ratana, Turakina, Koitiata, Marton Rural
  • Wednesday - Hunterville, Taihape, Bulls, Scotts Ferry
  • Thursday - Marton residential and commercial.

Wheelie bins and rubbish bags need to be on the curbside by 7.30am or earlier on day of advertised collection.

Bags

Red bags are available at New World, Countdown, Mitre 10, Bulls Four Square and Hunterville Taylors.

Note: If red bags are out of stock red prepaid stickers can be purchased to be applied to black rubbish bags.
